Delete Your GoWellME Account & Data
You can delete your GoWellME account and personal data only from the mobile app. There is no online deletion form.
How to delete your account in the app
Open GoWellME on your iPhone or Android device and follow these steps:
- Open the GoWellME app and sign in.
- Tap the You (Profile) icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap on Settings or Account Details.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your request. Your profile, meal history, and health logs will be permanently scheduled for immediate deletion.
What happens when your account is deleted?
🗑️ Data Permanently Erased
- Name, email, phone number, and authentication tokens
- Personal health metrics and calorie/macro history
- Daily meal logs and favorite recipes
- Specialist consultation records and private notes
⚖️ Statutory Data Retention
- Anonymized financial transaction records (tax & anti-fraud compliance for statutory periods)
- Active Google Play / App Store subscriptions must be canceled directly via Google Play / Apple ID settings
